Canned Cocktails: Summer Sippers
Your favorite summer drink just got hotter! We had our very own mixologist whip up some delightful beverages to quench your thirst. Grab a can and try out these refreshing cocktails that are sure to cool you off in these warm summer months. After all, there’s no better way to celebrate fun in the sun than with a drink in your hand! Here are five canned cocktails, highlighting each of our wines, to put your bartending skills to the test:
Prickly Pear Spritz
ft. Canned Oregon White Bubbles
METHOD
Build with ice in a collins glass. Stir to incorporate.

1.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz. Prickly Pear Puree
1 oz. Fever Tree Premium Club Soda

Mango & Rosé
ft. Canned Oregon Rosé
Bubbles
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Stir to incorporate.

3 oz. Canned Oregon Rosé Bubbles
1 oz. Ramazzotti Rosato Aperitif
1 oz. Mango Juice
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fever Tree Premium Club Soda
GARNISH
2 orange wheels
MIXOLOGIST NOTES
Mango Juice preferred, Mango puree will also work but changes mouthfeel
Sunday Crush
ft. Canned Oregon Pinot Gris
METHOD
In a Collins glass muddle mint gently. Add remaining of ingredients, then ice last. Stir gently to incorporate. Take care not to disrupt mint at bottom of glass.

2 oz. Fresh Watermelon Juice
1 oz. Cointreau
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fever Tree Premium Club Soda
2 Unit Mint Sprigs
GARNISH
Fresh Mint
Sunshine & Wine
ft. Canned Oregon Pinot Noir
METHOD
Build in Collins glass adding ice last. Stir to incorporate.

1 oz. Aperol Aperitivo 22
0.5 oz. Raspberry Syrup

Muddle raspberries gently in Collins glass. Add remainder of ingredients, then ice, last. Stir to incorporate.
